The Royal Rake reader Õ Kindle Edition ☆ dogsalonbristol ¸ ❰Reading❯ ➶ The Royal Rake Author Molly Jameson – Dogsalonbristol.co.uk A Rakish Prince Prince Leopold fourth in line for the throne of England has earned his bad reputation He loves the thrill of being a daredevil search and Runs a tea shop and bakery in Bath England and is desperate to boost her flagging business So hoping to attract a younger set of customers she holds a speed dating tea party at her shop Which is going very badly until a prince walks in Sparks Fly Leo never expected to be attracted to a woman like Evie mouthy awkward and passionate He thinks she’s just not his type until a scandal breaks Hi This story was alright I liked that there wasn't any insta love but that the relationship developed over uite a long time especially in the romance novel world The story was uite simple and romantic but it was also a little random The build up was nearly nonexistent due to the breaks in the plot weeks at a time so what little momentum and angst developed over the period when the MCs were in contact with each other was lostOverall this was a nice story There wasn't any owom drama or cheating All the manwhoring was done before this story started I didn't enjoy the writing in this much however There was a lot of dialogue and much of it was awkward and cringeworthy And neither of the MCs were all the compelling I definitely didn't enjoy this as much as the previous two booksWhat I liked1 The dual povs2 Some of the dialogue was very funny3 A sweet story with some natural breaks in the plotWhat I didn't like1 The dialogue It was very awkward and there was a lot of it Many scenes were comprised mostly of dialogue and it was strange2 Too many breaks in the plot3 Too little angst4 How uickly the MCs fell into bed with each other That's just me but I didn't like it
