Summary ✓ PDF, DOC, TXT or eBook ✓ Joyce Ashley Of acting and psychoanalysis to help readers identify and confront the childhood sources of their stage fright Ashley then. This book was helpful Not everything in it was pertinent to me particularly since I don't think my stage fright issues have their genesis in my childhood years but it did help me to ask some probing uestions and consider some new viewpoints that got me to consider other avenues of dealing with the issues that I have To be fair I did not go through the entire process as outlined in this book I merely read it taking some time to consider each new uestion before moving on I suppose I might have discovered had I taken time and dedicated myself to each exercise over the course of six months As it is I came to a new understanding of the sources of my stage fright through introspection and have a little bit of a better handle on it just from having read this book even if the examples given were not all that close to my own situation
